A warm welcome to Renishaw Hall and Gardens.

Whether you are a first time or seasoned visitor, Renishaw Hall is a truly beautiful place to visit.

Renishaw has been in my family for nearly 400 years and generations of Sitwells have made their mark on the architecture, gardens and wider estate which comprise Renishaw and so much of what you see on your visit. I hope you will thoroughly enjoy your time at Renishaw now it is under my care and still very much a family home.

We look forward to seeing you!

Visitor Centre & Plant Sales

The specially constructed wooden cabin provides a warm welcome to Renishaw Hall & Gardens. Here you can find the information for your visit, ticket sales and a selection of locally sourced products including the award winning range of Renishaw Hall wine.

Our newly written guide book by Jeremy Musson of Renishaw Hall and The story of the Sitwells written by Desmond Seward are both available to purchase. A perfect memento of your visit to Renishaw and for those who wish to learn more about the fascinating Sitwell family.

After visiting the gardens we hope we have inspired you to buy some of the plants you have seen here at Renishaw.

Our plants are supplied by a local nursery, Handley Rose Nurseries of Marsh Lane. They work closely with our team of gardeners, who provide seeds and plant material that is nurtured into high quality plants for your garden. We sell a variety of roses, herbs, perennials, bedding plants and fruit trees, many of which can be found in the gardens at Renishaw.

Our twice yearly specialist plant fairs are extremely popular and held in a beautiful location at the front of the Hall.  A chance for all to come and browse the stalls, adding to your garden with rare and unusual plants from our specialist suppliers. Our next plant fairs will be on Sunday May 8th and Sunday August 7th 2022.
