To ensure the safety of our staff & visitors we have put the following measures in place:
All customers are advised to book online through our new online booking system. https://www.renishaw-hall.co.uk/garden-entry/ We will only allow walk in bookings if the session has not reached capacity through the online bookings.
Your contact details will be kept for track and trace for 21 days from your visit. If you do not wish this to happen please inform us on the notes of your booking.
We have changed the entry to our gardens to two sessions on open days. Morning sessions from 10.30 till 1.00pm and afternoon sessions 1.30pm till 4.00pm. At the end of your session you will be asked to leave the gardens. You are able to access the café and toilets outside of your session until we close for the day.
We are limiting the number of people into the gardens, allowing 125 people per session.
We have set up a one-way entry route and exit route for the gardens. Once in the gardens you can enjoy them as you wish, taking care on any narrow paths or at concealed entrances. Due to the change in exit route to the gardens if you require our accessible route for the gardens please contact the office ahead of your visit so we can assist you.
Sanitiser is provided at the entry and exit of the gardens.
We will only be accepting card payments at this time, contactless where possible. The Visitor Centre will remain closed with payment taken behind a screen through the window. All products are available to purchase through the window or from the kiosk serving takeaway food and drink.
All our seating is now outside in the courtyard, with tables spaced out at two metre distance.
Staff are cleaning the chairs and tables between customers. Signs stating clean and ready for use or awaiting cleaning are clearly visible on the tables.
Staff have been provided with PPE to wear to ensure customer safety when serving.
All food and drink are being served in disposable packaging to reduce touch points and help eliminate transfer. Our packaging is compostable where possible to minimise impact on the environment.
All payments are made at the entrance to the café where staff will serve from behind a screen. We are only accepting card payments, contactless where possible.
You will be asked to provide your details for track and trace, which will be kept for 21 days after your visit.
We have enhanced our cleaning routines in our kitchen and service areas.
Hall & Museum
At this time the hall and museum will remain closed as it is not possible to open with the social distancing measures in place. We will continue to review this as measures change.
