Therefore to enter the gardens, we are able to arrange earlier entry for customers needing an accessible route. When booking online please inform us of your requirements and contact the office in advance to make arrangements for safe entry.*
Our motorised scooter is not available for hire at this time.
If you would like to visit the gardens using a mobility scooter or wheelchair we can provide a map of the accessible routes on arrival. We have a mobility scooter which can be booked for your visit free of charge to look round the gardens. If you wish to book the scooter please call in advance to reserve it. You will be required to provide contact details and complete a safety form on arrival before use of the scooter. We are sorry no motorised scooters are allowed in the Hall.
The paths around the gardens are gravelled as well as grass, so please make sure your scooter will be suitable for these types of paths, and your wheelchair pusher is strong enough.
We also have two wheelchairs available for use in the grounds and can be taken on a Hall tour. If you require one please book in advance to avoid disappointment.
