Whether you are a first time or seasoned visitor, Renishaw Hall is a truly beautiful place to visit.

Renishaw has been in my family for nearly 400 years and generations of Sitwells have made their mark on the architecture, gardens and wider estate which comprise Renishaw and so much of what you see on your visit. I hope you will thoroughly enjoy your time at Renishaw now it is under my care and still very much a family home.

When to visit

The Gardens are open

2018 season 

March 28 to September 30, Wednesday to Sunday & BH Mondays: 10.30am to 4.30pm

October 5 to November 25, Friday to Sunday: 10.30am to 4pm

The Visitor Centre, The Café at Renishaw Hall and on site businesses are also open during these hours.

Charges during main season:

Parking £1 per car
Adults £7.00
Concessions £6.50 (over 60 or students)
Children £3 (under 5’s free)
Family Pass £10 1 Adult & 3 children
Family Pass £15 2 Adults & 3 Children

Free entry for RHS & HHA members with valid card shown on entry. Derbyshire Gold card 2 for 1 entry.

NB. Vouchers, RHS & HHA memberships aren’t valid for some special events. Please contact us prior to your visit to check.

Guided Tours of the Hall

Renishaw Hall is still a lived-in family home so the hall can only be accessed by guided tour.

The Hall is open for public tours on Fridays throughout the open season, and also weekends in August. Hall tours take place at 1pm and 2.30pm on Fridays, advance booking advised. Please call the visitor centre or email enquiries@renishaw-hall.co.uk to book your tour.

Group tours of the hall are available most days throughout the year – by appointment – we can accommodate groups of up to 60 people

The price of the Hall tour includes museum and gardens entry. RHS & HHA members £6.50 with free gardens and museum entry.
